Ferrant Row

Ferrant Row is framed to level four

Timber and steel framing on the concrete frame at level four

The last of the level-four framing went up on September 12. From the river path you can now read the full height of the Row and the step back at the top floor where the Three-Bedrooms get their ten-foot ceilings.

What is next: roof membrane in October, then the window package. The glass is the same low-iron unit we used on the Yard, in the same black steel profile, and it ships in two deliveries, river end first. Once the building is closed in, the interior trades start on level one and work up. That sequence puts Row closings in the third quarter of 2027, which is the date we have published since the launch and the date we are still holding.

Thirteen of the twenty are available. Both Corners on the river end at level three and four are spoken for; the level-two Corners are not. Pricing has not changed since launch and will not change for the current release.

Site visits are Thursdays at 11am from the sales gallery, with boots and hard hats provided. Book by phone.
