Varrow Build Co. was started in 1989 by Teodor Varrow and is run by his daughter, Ilse. The firm has built about 900 homes in Hollins Bench, most of them in phases, all of them with the price on the sign.

We bought off the drawings in 2024. The home we walked into in November was the home on the drawings, down to the window over the sink.
