Ferrant Corner pricing is released

Ferrant Corner is the third phase: sixteen residences where Yard Lane meets the bluff road, under the grain elevator. The plan mix is four Studios, six One-Bedrooms, four Corners and two Three-Bedrooms.

Pricing is published on the Residences page and it is the same schedule as the Row. We do not run a pre-launch list, a founder's price or a broker release. The price on the site is the price in the contract, and it holds until the release is sold or we publish a new one.

Site work begins spring 2027 and completion is mid-2028. Reservations are taken at the sales gallery with a refundable deposit and convert to contracts when the building permit is issued. Ask Odile for the reservation terms; they are two pages.
